In my search for a crafting community here in Chicago, I came across the Chicago Craft Social.
Every few months, they throw a crafting party...and everyone is invited! I haven't been able to make the last couple, but I was able to attend yesterday's event.
So here's what happens:
You buy a ticket
You anxiously keep checking their website to see the craft projects to be offered
You show up, pick a table & start crafting
When done, move on to another table
You have 3 hours to squeeze in as much crafting as you can
SO FUN!!
