"return to me with all your heart,
with fasting, and weeping, and mourning;
and rend your hearts and not your garments."
Return to the Lord your God,
for he is gracious and merciful,
slow to anger, and abounding in love;
and he relents over disaster.
Joel 2:12-13
During this Lenten season, Lord, I pray that my desire will be to come to you, with all of me. Remembering that you are forever gracious & merciful. That no matter how busy my days are, I will carve out time to intentionally drink you in. So I may know the sweet fragrance of your sacrifice for me.
